Dish Duty is an urban fantasy story about a witch and a werewolf trying to clean their apartment. It’s one of my favorite webcomics, and you should definitely read it. Here’s why.

It’s Super Short
The comic is seven pages total, so you can finish it in a minute or two. Even if you end up not liking it (because you’re heartless and hate joy or something), you won’t have lost a lot of time.
It’s Super Cute
This is a low-stakes, slice-of-life story. It’s cute and funny and a nice distraction if you’re feeling stressed out. No murderous villains or horrifying evils here: just two roommates dealing with a magical mishap.
The Art Is Stylish
Of course the whole appeal of reading a comic rather than prose is the art. Dish Duty delivers with great character design and a cozy apartment setting.
It’s Great Urban Fantasy
Urban fantasy is all about mixing the magical with the mundane, and this story is a perfect example of that. What’s more mundane than doing dishes? But if leftover magic potions have been tossed in the sink too… Well, that’s when things get interesting.
